We have just completed a refinance of our mortgage with your company. Mr. Kromberg handled our application process from the beginning and I believe firmly in commending exceptional performance.
From the beginning Rob was most helpful, we had previously worked with another mortgage company on refinance of our mortgage only to discover at the last minute that they failed to identify that our original mortgage had seller paid mortgage insurance. To them that was a “show stopper”. When I was discussing this, on the phone, with Rob he rather quickly ascertained that the way the PMI was set up had been such that the refinance under HARP2.0 could occur. Further he investigated Fanny Mae and obtained their appraisal value and confirmed again that the PMI was not an issue.
He evaluated our submitted documents and suggested several options for our refinancing transaction. In my opinion his work was precise and thorough (as contrasted with the mortgage consultant from the previous company). He clearly delineated ALL costs and clearly outlined all of our options.
In all interactions we found him to be prompt, accurate and thorough. His communiques were clear and accurate.
Finally, when we first were looking at using Weslend, I searched the internet for reviews as well as checking with BBB. Your BBB rating was a major determining factor in our decision to proceed with your company. I would say that many of the reviews on the internet were obviously placed by persons not have a clear understanding of how mortgages work. I felt that essentially all of the negative reviews I read were totally off the mark!! We have purchased 5 or 6 houses over the past many years and refinanced at least once previously, we have never dealt with a more efficient company than Weslend.— Paul and Mary Beth J.
