If you choose to Opt Out, the Opt Out Request Form must be received by the Company within 10 business days, If the Company has not received your Opt Out Request Form within this specified timeframe, your information will be disclosed as apart of the Company's policies, business relationships with service providers and as permitted by law.

Sharing Information Inside the Company: We are permitted under law to share information about our experiences or transactions with you or your accounts (such as your account balance and your payment history with us) with our affiliates. We also may share additional information about you or your accounts (such as information we receive from you in applications and information from consumer reporting agencies) with our affiliates.
